The Tools Used in Every Kayser Method Session
These are the exact three tools Dan uses with every client. Nothing else required. No expensive equipment. No gym membership. Just the right tools used the right way.
Resistance Bands
Used for myofascial release and mobility work throughout the sequence
The same bands Dan uses in every session. Not for building muscle — for releasing fascia and restoring mobility. A set of 3–5 resistance levels covers everything you need.
Used for
Myofascial release · Mobility work · Corrective exercise
Lacrosse Ball
The primary tool for deep myofascial release — your most important piece of equipment
One lacrosse ball. That's it. This is the single most important tool in the Kayser Method. You can do more with this than with most gym equipment. Dan uses it on every client, every session.
Used for
Deep myofascial release · Trigger point work · Plantar fascia
Texture Ball
Used alongside the lacrosse ball for targeted release on different tissue types
The lacrosse ball is firm and precise. The texture ball is slightly softer with surface texture that grips tissue differently. Together they cover the full spectrum of myofascial release work.
Used for
Soft tissue release · Foot work · Thoracic spine

Tools are only as good as the hands using them.
You can buy all three of these today for under $30. But knowing how to use them — where to apply pressure, how long to hold, what sequence to follow — that's the work Dan does with you in person. Book a session and learn the method properly.
